Guidelines for Video Submission

Technical Requirements of the Video
  • Video length must be 6 minutes only.
  • Accepted format: .mp4 only.
  • High-definition videos only: 1280 × 720 (720p), suitable for large auditorium screening.
  • Maximum file size should not exceed 25 MB.
  • Narration must be in English only, clearly recorded with high-quality audio.
    Computer-generated narrations are not permitted.
  • No background music allowed.
  • Subtitles may be added if relevant.
  • Patients appearing in the video must not be recognizable.
  • maximum 250 words must be submitted along with the video.
  • The video must not contain any commercial promotion.
  • Copyright affirmation is mandatory if using work of other authors (e.g., schematic drawings).
  • All videos must be submitted along with the presenter’s CV.
Mandatory Slides
  • A Title Slide containing:
    • Short title of the surgical procedure
    • Surgeon’s name, designation, and practicing institution
  • A Conflict of Interest Declaration slide (if applicable).
  • Do not watermark or mention the surgeon’s name within the body of the video.
Submission Details
  • Last date for submission: 31st March 2026
  • Conference registration is mandatory for eligibility.
Evaluation Criteria
  • Meaningful interpretation
  • Attractiveness, clarity of presentation & overall video quality
  • Originality and relevance of the subject
  • Adherence to time limits
